To allow us to offer such a great variety of colours and combinations, every item is hand made to order, within 2-4 business days.
Orders up to 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail and orders over 2kg (up to 20kg) will be sent my DPD next working day delivery.
As we are a small business and all our products are be made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We test every product and we do not sell anything we are not happy with. All our products are very durable, we recommend to replace products that have clear signs of wear and tear. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any damage to our products that has been caused by your dog.
